We are looking for experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations for our retail store in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory flow, efficient storage, and timely dispatch while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and coordination with the inventory team.
Manage and guide warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward movement of stock.
Ensure adherence to safety norms, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with store, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth stock replenishment.
Handle discrepancies, damages, and stock shortages professionally.
Generate basic reports on stock movement and warehouse performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail or FMCG sector.
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
Good understanding of warehouse processes and storage practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in handling high-volume retail stock operations
