Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to monitor, analyse, and introduce new warehouse processes by ensuring accurate data management, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement for operational efficiency. This role is critical in managing the flow of stock in our warehouse by ensuring data accuracy, analysing stock movement trends, and identifying ways to improve efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with Stock Tacking team on daily incoming and outgoing stock movements Introduce new system to record stock which increase uniformity Preparation of Analytics report, Dispatch and Logistics management to identify issues/bottlenecks Introduce and maintain Cost Benefits Analysis throughout the supply chain Identify discrepancies in stock levels and reconcile data with physical inventory. Generate regular stock movement reports and dashboards for leadership. Work with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams to streamline processes. Propose and implement solutions to improve handling, reduce waste, and optimise workflow. Maintain proper audit trails and compliance records for traceability and hygiene. Handling manpower related to warehouse and final packing at finish warehouse. Logistics management of Finished goods
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; basic understanding of stock management systems. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and coordinate with both office and ground teams. Prior experience in warehouse analytics Familiarity with barcode systems, WMS software, or tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
