Job Description

Role Purpose:

Keep daily online orders running smoothly. Make sure products are listed correctly, orders are
packed fast and clean, and returns are handled without mistakes.

Key Responsibilities

Order Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and ship all daily orders on time.
- Use correct packing for yarn (clean, safe, no damage, no mixing of colours).
- Generate labels, invoices, and update tracking.

Inventory & Returns
- Check, record, and organise stock.
- Handle returns: inspect items, restock, update system.
- Report low-stock items.

Product Listings
- Create and update product listings (photos, price, description, variants).
- Ensure all listings are correct, clean, and follow brand style.
- Upload new products fast.

Platform Management
- Manage orders and listings on Shopify + marketplaces (if any).
- Fix listing errors, SKU mistakes, and stock mismatches.

Customer Coordination
- Share tracking details when needed.
- Basic support for order issues (wrong item, delay, return query).

Skills Needed

Quick worker, detail-oriented. Basic computer skills. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce systems (preferred). Should understand yarn colours, variants, and basic craft items (bonus). Responsible, organised, clean at work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
