Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining records for all goods received by the company.

Key responsibilities include:

Accurately processing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the system.

Matching supplier delivery challans and invoices with physical receipts.

Coordinating with the warehouse team for quality checks before GRN entry.

Maintaining inventory-related documentation.

Supporting purchase and logistics teams for smooth inward material flow.

Key Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Uniware, ERP.

Basic knowledge inventory management, GRN Tally, PO Creation, RTV, Gatepass.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation

techniques to facilitate financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications: -

Graduate (preferably in Commerce or related field).

Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations.
