Job Description

We are hiring for Warehouse Operations Executive

Need to have 2-4 years of relevant experience

Location: Nacharam, hyderabad.

Salary: 25k-35k per month

School-wise GRN Inventory Maintenance

Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) records for each school.

Ensure timely and accurate entry of received goods into the inventory system.

Track inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies.

School-wise Checklist/BOMs Management

Prepare and verify Bill of Materials (BOMs) and checklists for each school.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Packing/Kitting Accuracy

Supervise packing and kitting operations for outbound orders.

Verify kit contents against BOMs to ensure 100% accuracy.

Minimize errors and manage quality control.

WBG & RMA Tracking

Track WBG (Work Breakdown Group or related term as applicable) and manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.

Maintain records of returns, replacements, and repairs.

Coordinate with logistics and service teams for timely resolution.

Sample Management

Maintain and track inventory of samples for various stakeholders.

Ensure timely dispatch and retrieval of samples.

Coordinate with internal departments for sample requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in educational supply chain/logistics is a plus.

Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
