We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive D2C Operations Executive to manage daily website order processing, coordinate with warehouse and courier partners, and ensure smooth last-mile delivery within defined TAT. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D2C operations, order flow management, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily D2C website orders from order receipt to dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely handover and delivery.
Track and monitor last-mile TAT to achieve brand SLAs.
Handle order exceptions, escalations, and customer delivery issues effectively.
Maintain operational dashboards and share regular performance reports.
Collaborate with courier aggregators (like Shiprocket, Delhivery etc.) for delivery performance and claims.
Ensure accurate inventory syncing between ERP and website platforms.
Support during sale events and peak periods for smooth order flow.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in D2C / eCommerce operations.
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Unicommerce/Uniware.
Strong coordination, analytical, and follow-up skills.
Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
Good communication and problem-solving ability.
