Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operation Executive to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee

daily warehouse operations

, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams

--procurement, logistics, and sales--for seamless order processing and timely delivery. Maintain

cleanliness, safety, and organization

of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Prepare and manage

operational reports

, such as inventory reports, dispatch logs, and delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure strict compliance with

FIFO/FEFO methods

for batch-wise packing and dispatching; verify stock accuracy

twice before dispatch

. Create and update

Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)

accurately in the inventory management software, maintaining proper documentation. Rack wise Auditing

Education : Any graduation

Experience : 1-2 years
