Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per SOP.
Verify materials against invoices, purchase orders, and COA.
Ensure quarantine, approved, and rejected materials are properly segregated.
Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity control, pest control, etc.).
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels in ERP / SAP.
Conduct cycle counts and monthly physical stock verification.
Manage FIFO / FEFO system for all materials.
Prevent stock discrepancies and report variances immediately.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain records as per cGMP & GDP requirements.
Ensure proper labeling of materials (quarantine, approved, rejected).
Prepare GRN, material issue slips, dispatch documents, and stock registers.
Support internal and external audits (FDA, WHO, GMP, etc.).
Material Issuance & Dispatch
Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished goods for dispatch.
Coordinate with QA & QC for release and clearance.
Handle export documentation (if applicable).
Safety & Housekeeping
Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.
Maintain cleanliness, pest control, and fire safety in warehouse.
Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, and GMP practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of
GMP / GDP
regulations in pharma industry.
Familiar with
ERP / SAP / Inventory management software

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle audits and regulatory inspections.
Good communication and team management skills.
