Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
Ensure timely order fulfillment for retail and e-commerce channels
Monitor inward & outward movement of goods and documentation
Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and reduce shrinkage & damages
Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties, and ensure productivity
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational SOPs
Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and accounts teams
Handle vendor coordination and transportation planning
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
3-6 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
Strong knowledge of inventory systems, stock reconciliation & audits
Experience with retail, FMCG, or e-commerce warehouses preferred
Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP-Logic)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary
?20,000 - ?35,000 per month (depending on experience)
