Warehouse Manager

Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the Operation Excellence department, with a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes and leading a team to success.

Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement warehouse operations policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands. Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance levels. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, coordinating with carriers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Certification in supply chain management or logistics is a plus.
