Job Description

The Warehouse Manager / Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities including inventory control, dispatch coordination, stock records, and ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Maintain accurate

inventory records

and stock registers. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order fulfillment. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of machines, parts, and materials. Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and prepare related documentation. Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory audits. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse. Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks (for Manager role).

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-4 years of experience

in warehouse operations or inventory management. Graduation preferred (any discipline). Basic knowledge of

inventory management, documentation, and stock control

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and record-keeping. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling

industrial machines or spare parts

. Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems. Leadership skills (for Warehouse Manager position).
