Job Description

The Warehouse Manager oversees all daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storing, inventory management, and distribution of goods. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, maintaining workplace safety, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Inventory Management

Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Oversee inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels. Implement best practices for storage, material handling, and workflow efficiency. Monitor and analyze inventory KPIs and adjust processes to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy. Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; assign daily tasks and priorities. Foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment. Schedule labor to meet operational needs and manage overtime.

Logistics & Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, production, customer service, and transportation teams to support business needs.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and maintain operational reports such as inventory summaries, productivity metrics, and incident logs. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements (e.g., layout optimization, automation, technology upgrades). Participate in budgeting and forecasting for warehouse operations. Track and ensure on-time shipments, deliveries, and inventory replenishment. Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and service vendors.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
