Job Description

A Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe storage, movement, and distribution of goods. This includes managing inventory, coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. They are responsible for everything from receiving and storing items to fulfilling orders and shipping them out, while also managing costs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, and optimizing storage space utilization.

Order Fulfillment:

Overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Logistics Coordination:

Managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, coordinating with suppliers, transportation providers, and other departments.

Staff Management:

Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforcing safety procedures, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Process Improvement:

Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations, implementing new processes, and using technology and data analysis to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Reporting & Analysis:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensuring all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working order

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
