We are looking for a Warehouse Manager & Production Manager in Faridabad Location.

Production Management:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Monitor production KPIs including yield, downtime, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to maintain product standards.

Warehouse Management:

Oversee raw material receiving, storage, issuance, and finished goods dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure minimum stock variances. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials. Ensure space optimization and safety within the warehouse. Monitor logistics and coordinate with transport vendors for timely deliveries. Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to both production and warehouse functions. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally/Zoho) and MS Excel. Understanding of ISO, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.
