To manage and oversee warehouse operations related to telecom materials, ensuring accurate inventory, timely dispatches, safe storage, and efficient supply to field and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of telecom materials (e.g., BTS equipment, RF cables, towers, DG sets, shelters).
Maintain accurate stock levels through inventory systems (ERP/SAP).
Plan and coordinate material dispatches to installation and project sites.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and handling of active and passive components.
Conduct periodic inventory checks and audits to prevent stock discrepancies.
Supervise and train warehouse staff for smooth daily operations.
Implement safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
Prepare and maintain documentation like GRNs, stock reports, damage reports, and delivery challans.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project execution teams to fulfill material needs.
Optimize warehouse space and improve workflow for higher efficiency.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of telecom materials and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in telecom or infrastructure.
