Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily warehouse operations across factories. Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure accurate inventory management and timely deliveries. Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and food compliance standards. Coordinate with SCM, procurement, production, and logistics teams. Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows for efficiency. Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Prepare and present MIS reports on warehouse and delivery performance.

Requirements

Graduate with diploma / PG in Warehouse, Logistics, or related field. 10-15 years' experience in warehouse management (food industry preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/Tally). Experience managing multiple warehouses and delivery schedules. Familiar with HACCP/ISO/FSSC food safety standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
