Job Role -

Oversee and manage stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records, timely replenishment, and minimize overstock or stockouts. Plan and execute efficient inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery to retailers, distributors, and customers. Maximize storage utilization by implementing effective warehouse layout strategies and ensuring proper stacking and storage practices. Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet customer service standards and SLA requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage. Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity, adherence to safety protocols, and fostering a team-oriented environment. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
