Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. Which include critical materials like electronics and mechanical components, batteries, chemicals and Composites. The role ensures productivity targets are met, inventory is accurately tracked, safety standards are upheld, and cost-effective warehouse processes are implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods. Ensure optimal space utilization and proper storage of materials in accordance with safety and quality standards. Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, assigning duties, and conducting performance reviews. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment. Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, stock accuracy, and productivity. Manage warehouse budgets, including manpower, equipment maintenance, and operational costs. Evaluate and recommend improvements in warehouse infrastructure and technology (e.g., WMS, barcode systems).

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Working experience in Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office Experience with ERP/SAP software. Good understanding of warehouse safety practices and regulatory requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Devanahalli that may require shift working, occasional evening or weekend work. May require travel to other locations of the company.
