Job Description

Manage workforce shifts, training, and discipline. Assign responsibilities to supervisors, operators, and support staff. Maintenance Coordination Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely upkeep of equipment and machinery. Minimize downtime and ensure safety standards.Monitor raw material inventory, consumption, and reordering. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics for smooth supply chain operations. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to industrial safety, environmental, and labour laws. Promote a safe work environment through training and regular audits. Reporting & Documentation. Maintain production records, downtime logs, rejection reports, and maintenance schedules. Ensure smooth coordination between departments like raw material handling, production, quality, and dispatch.
