- Cross checking and Receipts all incoming material
- Preparing GRN of all Receipts.
- Making Monthly report of stores
- Making monthly stock statement cross verification between system and physical
- Overall coordination with other departments related to stores activities
- Making Inward challans of all the products that is received
- Preparing monthly Stock Reports & auditing the same.
- Reconciliation of received invoices and forwarding the same to Accounts for clearance.
- Must enter fabric data in the ERP system
- Maintaining inventory from raw materials and finished garments.
- Total inventory control & inventory management of the \'Production Unit\'
- Built a quality team for successful implementation of AQL 2.5.
- Ensuring purchases of all raw materials like fabric , trims , embroidery materials and alike for production.
- Planning and Organising of materials and trims as per production requirements and ensuring its delivered in time.
- Should possess good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be driven & capable of performing tasks independently.
- Passionate about textiles and should be driven to gain knowledge of the same (a B Tech/BSc/Diploma in textile is a bonus )
- Should be organized, professional, and know how to use ERP systems
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and must have prior logistics experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge and good analytical skills is a must
