Identify gaps & loopholes in system & process. \xc2\xa7 Expertise in warehouse management procedures & best practice. \xc2\xa7 Good decision-making skill & people management skill. \xc2\xa7 Preferred to have hands on experience with Dynamic Navision Software (ERP). \xc2\xa7 Proficient knowledge of inventory control & Good in Record-Keeping Work. \xc2\xa7 Good Negotiation Skill. Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xa7 Responsible for strategically managing warehouses in compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s vision: utilization of labour, warehouse area, material & equipment handling, packing & shipping accuracy, on-time delivery, etc. \xc2\xa7 Responsible for managing warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets & scheduling expenditure. \xc2\xa7 Develop warehouse operations system by determining product handling & storage, analyzing process workflow & implementing changes. \xc2\xa7 Liaise with clients, suppliers & transport companies. Produce timely reports & statistics regularly (in/out report & dead stock report etc.). Provide key insights to management. Receive feedback & monitor the quality of service provided. \xc2\xa7 Maintain effective relationship with the team members within the function & ensure teamwork. Ensure proper staffing in all area of responsibilities. \xc2\xa7 Schedule/Maintain roster for the drivers & also allocate the vehicles (trucks). Taking care of vehicles (trucks) insurance, monthly services, repairs, etc. \xc2\xa7 Recheck/verify sales order (SO) & highlight the remarks of sales order (SO). Preparation of Transportation Slips. \xc2\xa7 Make sure about the on-time delivery & dispatch of the goods/materials. Also taking care of the mentioned quantity & best quality. Dealing with clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints/dissatisfaction. \xc2\xa7 Coordinate with other warehouse staffs, drivers, clients & other official departments.
