Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Warehouse Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our online warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

garment warehouse management

,

inventory control

,

order processing

, and a practical understanding of

Unicommerce

or similar ERP systems.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all

daily orders are processed, packed, and dispatched efficiently

, maintaining high accuracy and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage

end-to-end warehouse operations

, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure

timely and accurate processing

of daily e-commerce orders across marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, website, etc.). Maintain

inventory accuracy

and reconcile stock variances on a regular basis. Manage

garment barcoding and label placement

processes as per brand and marketplace requirements. Operate and manage

Unicommerce

(or other OMS/WMS systems) for order syncing, stock updates, and dispatch management. Coordinate with

courier partners

,

operations

, and

customer service teams

to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Optimize warehouse layout for efficient workflow, storage, and accessibility. Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards within the warehouse. Train and supervise warehouse staff for productivity, accuracy, and operational compliance. Prepare and maintain
