Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized

Warehouse Manager

with a background in the

footwear industry

to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, staff, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate distribution of footwear products. Familiarity with SKU-intensive environments and seasonal inventory management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, dispatch, and inventory control Oversee and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards Implement and monitor inventory control systems to manage high-SKU footwear inventory efficiently Coordinate with procurement, production, retail, and logistics teams to ensure timely distribution Ensure proper storage conditions for different footwear types and maintain FIFO/FEFO as required Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and efficient material flow Plan for seasonal spikes and manage stock accordingly Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, damaged goods, and stock movements Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and turnaround time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
