Job Description

A HORECA Warehouse Manager oversees logistics for Hotels, Restaurants, & Cafes, managing inventory, distribution, supply chain, and sales coordination, requiring strong leadership, B2B experience in food service/hospitality, and skills in forecasting, team leadership, and client relations to ensure smooth product flow to bulk buyers in the hospitality sector.

Core Responsibilities

Inventory & Operations:

Manage stock levels, quality control, health & safety, and daily warehouse operations.

Supply Chain:

Coordinate with procurement for raw materials, forecast sales, and manage logistics for timely delivery.

Sales Support:

Work with sales teams to understand client needs, manage key accounts, and build client relationships.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a productive environment.

Strategy:

Develop strategies to optimize distribution and improve service to HORECA clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience in HORECA, foodservice, FMCG, or logistics/supply chain.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of HORECA distribution, B2B sales, and hospitality sector needs.

Management:

Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Logistics is often preferred.
