Job Summary

DeoDap is looking for an experienced and proactive

Warehouse Manager

to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, timely dispatch of orders, and smooth coordination with logistics and operations teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and hands-on experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including

inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

. Ensure accurate

inventory control

, stock reconciliation, and timely updates in the system. Supervise and train warehouse staff, helpers, and supervisors. Monitor daily productivity and ensure targets are achieved efficiently. Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for on-time dispatch and delivery. Implement and maintain

SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping

. Reduce stock loss, damages, and operational errors. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports. Handle returns, damaged goods, and stock discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
