The Warehouse Manager will lead the complete transformation and day-to-day operations of Luxaddi's warehouse. This role is responsible for building a streamlined, tech-enabled, process-driven warehouse system--from
. The role demands strong coordination with Production, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Project Execution teams to ensure precision, speed, and zero-error deliveries for Luxaddi's premium lighting and decor products.
Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Restructuring & System Implementation
Establish a
new warehouse operating model
aligned with COMPANY growth and premium service expectations.
Create
SOPs for every workflow
: inward, quality check, storage, bin allocation, outward, project bundling, and dispatch.
Set up
for all SKUs: chandeliers, components, hardware, driver units, crystals, accessories, and project-specific items.
Ensure all items have complete metadata: dimensions, material, finish, supplier, MOQ, lead time, safety stock levels.
Maintain 100% accuracy in the
Item Master
and coordinate with Design + Production for new launches and custom products.
Implement change control for revisions in item codes or BOM updates.
3. Inward Flow, Quality Control & Documentation
Oversee all
goods receipt processes
for local suppliers, imports, project materials, and inter-unit transfers.
Implement strict QC checkpoints with photographic documentation.
Ensure GRN (Goods Received Note) accuracy for Finance and Production planning.
Maintain rejection logs, return-to-vendor processes, and follow-up mechanisms.
4. Inventory Management & Stock Accuracy
Maintain real-time, error-free inventory across all material categories.
Conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly audits with Finance.
Manage safety stock, reorder levels, ageing stock identification, and dead stock disposal plans.
Set up
Project Inventory Blocks
to ensure materials for ongoing orders are reserved and not misallocated.
5. Project-Based TAT Management & Order Execution
Work closely with the Project Execution and Sales teams to understand order timelines.
Build
TAT-driven dispatch plans
for every project--mapping materials, assembling project kits, and preparing dispatch sets.
Monitor and track material readiness against project milestones.
Generate daily TAT reports: shortages, pending inward, QC status, packing timelines, logistics readiness.
Ensure
Oversee the complete outward flow, including packing standards, material bundling, documentation, and labeling.
Implement sturdy
project-wise packing procedures
(crystal boxes, rods, fixtures, hardware sets).
Coordinate with transporters, ensure delivery tracking, and maintain PODs (Proof of Delivery).
Maintain damage logs and insurance claims if required.
7. Team Management & Training
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff--storekeepers, pickers, packers, QA assistants, loaders.
Build a strong culture of ownership, speed, and accuracy.
Create training modules for SOP adherence and safety protocols.
8. Cross-Department Coordination
Work directly with:
Design Team
(for new SKUs, BOMs, custom orders)
Production
(for manufacturing readiness and shortages)
Procurement
(for reorder and PO status)
Finance
(for audits and value tracking)
Project Execution Team
(for TAT-based dispatches)
Ensure information flows smoothly between departments with documented communication.
9. Reporting & Performance Dashboards
Prepare and submit:
Stock accuracy report
Ageing inventory report
Project TAT status dashboard
Inward vs Shortage vs QC clearance report
Daily dispatch plan
Material requirement forecast for upcoming 60-90 days
Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years experience in warehouse management (preferably in manufacturing, lighting, decor, or engineering goods).
Strong understanding of inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
Ability to build structured processes from scratch.
Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
High discipline, ability to handle pressure, and commitment to deadlines.
