Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead and manage our warehouse operations in the chemical and silicone manufacturing sector. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and meeting delivery timelines. This role involves overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, while driving productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate records. Implement and uphold safety standards, compliance measures, and workplace housekeeping. Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff; delegate tasks effectively and evaluate performance. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination. Maximize warehouse space utilization, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation. Oversee timely order fulfillment to meet delivery commitments. Monitor equipment usage, schedule maintenance, and ensure safe handling of materials.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply). Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics. Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or related software tools. Familiarity with workplace safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
