We are hiring a

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

for a responsible person oversee the movement, storage, and management of raw materials in our Cuttack warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, timely availability of materials, and proper documentation while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. This role is suited for professionals who are process-oriented, operationally hands-on, and looking to scale rapidly with a structured and fast-growing 3PL company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials in the warehouse.

Able to handle client on site requirements, client facing experience require

Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of stock movements.

Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse staff and material handlers.

Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic stock audits, and report discrepancies.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials for production.

Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to streamline operations.

Able to handle client on site requirements, client facing experience require

Requirements:

Good presentation skill and ability to analysis to interpret data.

Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations

Must have managed e-commerce clients under 3PL setup, with proven SLA/KPI delivery

Experience in handling warehouses between 25,000-50,000 sq.ft with high throughput

Strong ability to manage shift operations, team discipline, and peak load periods

Hands-on expertise in system-based operations using WMS, TMS, or similar tech platforms

Should demonstrate process-oriented thinking and ground-level execution capability

Exposure to working with national and multinational clients in a structured 3PL environment

Good presentation skill and ability to analysis to interpret data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
