Job Opening: Warehouse Manager - Michelin (Ahmedabad Warehouse)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Position: Warehouse Manager
Industry: 3PL / Warehousing & Logistics
Experience Required: 5-7 years (Mandatory)
Salary: ?30,000 per month + PF + Other Benefits
Key Requirements:
Must be a native Gujarati speaker and belong to the local area (Ahmedabad or nearby).
Strong experience in warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and manpower handling.
Knowledge of safety standards, stock accuracy, and documentation.
Ability to coordinate with transporters, clients, and head office teams.
Experience in handling Michelin or tyre/automotive warehouses will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (Excel, email, WMS).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Overall supervision of day-to-day warehouse activities.
Ensure accurate and timely dispatches as per client requirement.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with safety and company SOPs.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for the Head Office.
Handle labour, overtime, and shift planning.
