Warehouse Manager
Job Description
1. Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service2. Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime3. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed4. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention5. Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packagesSkills and Qualifications1. 3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees2. Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy3. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities4. Ability to work with all levels of company staff5. Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback6. Problem-solving skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
