Warehouse Lead- Dental InventoryLocation: Dezy Warehouse - SingasandraDepartment: Supply Chain / Warehouse OperationsRole Overview:

The Warehouse Lead Supervise daily warehouse operations for dental inventory - including

Implants, General Dentistry consumables, and Orthodontic materials

. 2-4 years of experience in warehouse/store supervision (healthcare/dental).

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise daily warehouse operations including inward, outward, picking, packing, and dispatch.

? Allocate and monitor tasks for warehouse assistants and helpers.

? Ensure accurate GRN, stock binning, and inventory control.

? Coordinate with clinics for order dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.

? Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliations with executives/storekeepers.

? Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within the warehouse.

? Report daily activities, discrepancies, and manpower requirements to the Warehouse Manager/SCM Head.

? Ensure proper handling of sensitive materials like implants and ortho supplies.

? Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.

? CTC - 2.5 to 3.0 PA / 6 Days Working ( Sunday's off)

Skills & Competencies Required:

? Basic knowledge of inventory handling (training will be provided).

? 2-4 years of experience in warehouse/store supervision (healthcare/dental).

? Knowledge of ERP and inventory handling.

? Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

? Ability to handle manpower and meet operational deadlines.

? Willingness to learn dental materials and supply chain processes.

? Attention to detail and ability to work systematically.

? Excel / Google Sheets knowledge & hands on exp is preferred.

? Good communication and coordination skills.
