Job Description

Experience Required:

1-4 years (E-commerce warehouse/inventory experience preferred)

Job Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations

Manage inward & outward stock movement Coordinate with logistics and dispatch team Monitor GRN / barcode scanning process Maintain clean and safe warehouse space Supervise pick, pack & dispatch activities Track returned goods and damaged stock

Inventory Management

Track daily stock levels Cycle counts / physical stock audit Maintain zero mismatch between physical & system stock Reconciliation with reports SKU-wise stock status update

Software Knowledge

Mandatory working experience in

Unicommerce

Vinculum (Vin eRetail)

platform Able to manage: inward/outward entries PO generation ASN creation inventory sync with marketplaces Knowledge of Excel / Sheets

Reporting

Daily stock movement report Inventory reconciliation report Dispatch and return summary Shortage / damage reporting to management

Required Skills:

Experience in warehouse workflow Knowledge of e-commerce order processing Unicommerce / Vinculum software handling Barcode & SKU management Basic Excel (VLOOKUP/SUMIF preferred) Team handling capability Strong attention to detail

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?20,000/month (Based on experience)

Education Qualification:

Any degree / diploma preferred
