Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or ERP systems.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to avoid shortages or overstock.

Coordinate with sales teams to forecast demand.

Prepare regular inventory reports and present findings to management.
