Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Warehouse Executive

to manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching materials, inventory control, documentation, and ensuring a safe and well-organized environment. Candidates with experience in warehouse handling, stock management, or logistics will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including

receiving, storing, and dispatching

materials Maintain accurate

inventory records

, ensure proper stock rotation, and conduct regular audits Handle proper

packaging, labeling, and documentation

of materials Perform

loading/unloading

of shipments and assist in cleaning shanks/wheels Ensure implementation of

safety standards

and prevent damage or hazards Supervise helpers or warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company guidelines Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with industry norms Prepare and update reports on

inventory levels, stock movement, shortages, and discrepancies

Maintain all documentation required for audits and regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

Education:

12th Pass / Diploma in any field / ITI (Mechanical preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of warehouse or store management experience

Computer Knowledge:

MS Excel, MS Office, basic data entry Ability to handle physical tasks including

lifting, loading, and material movement

Strong attention to detail, discipline, and reliability

Working Conditions

Warehouse environment with exposure to industrial materials Requires physical activities such as lifting, loading, unloading, and shanks cleaning.
