Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
Supervise and lead the warehouse team ensuring adherence to daily operational targets.
Maintain proper stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile inventory.
Coordinate with transporters and vendors for timely dispatches and deliveries.
Implement and ensure adherence to SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene protocols.
Track and monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage space to ensure efficiency and safety.
Manage manpower planning and ensure staff training and development.
Use WMS/ERP systems for real-time stock updates and documentation.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
3-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management.
Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and good command over MS Excel.
* Familiarity with safety standards and legal compliance in warehouse operations.
