+Roles & Responsibilities:

Experienced in

inventory & stock management

, maintaining accurate stock levels and records. Skilled in conducting

regular stock audits and reconciliations

to avoid discrepancies. Strong ability to

prevent stock damage, loss, and theft

through proper control measures. Hands-on experience in

staff supervision

, allocating work and monitoring team productivity. Trained warehouse staff in

safety measures and efficient work practices

. Expertise in

dispatch & receiving operations

, ensuring accurate inward/outward flow of goods. Coordinated with

transporters

to achieve smooth and timely deliveries. Proficient in

warehouse organization

, systematic arrangement of materials, and space utilization. Experience in handling

warehouse equipment

(pallets, racks, forklifts). Maintained accurate

daily, weekly, and monthly reports

with proper documentation. Knowledge of updating

ERP/software systems

for stock movement. Reported and resolved

shortages, damages, and discrepancies

quickly. Ensured

safety, security, and compliance

with company and statutory rules. Monitored and implemented

fire safety and warehouse security protocols

1 to 3 years of experience

in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG food products or retail. Good understanding of

inventory control, stock reconciliation, and FIFO (First In, First Out)

principles. Experience in

inbound and outbound checking, packing, and labeling

of food products. Familiarity with

warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning, and basic MS Excel

. Knowledge of

food safety, hygiene, and storage compliance

standards. Strong

organizational skills

and attention to detail. Ability to

work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

and handle physical tasks. Good communication skills and ability to

coordinate with teams and external partners

. Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to process improvements.
