Position Overview:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in a textile warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and team performance. The role involves maintaining a safe and organized environment, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective coordination with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory using FIFO, and conduct regular stock audits.

Order Fulfillment: Oversee the picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Team Leadership: Lead and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure high performance.

Warehouse Organization: Optimize storage, organize products, and ensure safe handling of textiles.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting & Technology: Utilize WMS for tracking inventory, generate reports, and improve operational efficiency.

Supplier & Customer Coordination: Work with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any customer concerns.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in textiles or manufacturing.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Knowledge of textile storage needs and safety regulations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
