Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Warehouse in charge to oversee our Finished Goods Warehouse and ensure the efficient dispatch of goods in line with the sales department's requirements. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our products are stored and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Finished Goods Warehouse, including organizing, labeling, and maintaining inventory. Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence. Ensure the accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods according to sales orders and delivery schedules. Collaborate with the sales department to meet customer demands and delivery requirements. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes, including quality control and safety procedures. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies. Oversee the loading of trucks, as well as the proper handling of products. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to optimize warehouse operations. Maintain records of stock levels, dispatches, and other relevant data. Report to senior management on warehouse performance and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse software systems. Familiarity with safety and quality standards in warehousing. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Physical fitness, as the role may involve some heavy lifting and manual work. Knowledge of kids' apparel and accessories is a plus. Education: Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience in Material Management or Related Field

Salary: Up to 20000 per month Free Food and Accommodation.
