Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Incharge to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to make informed business decisions Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations Familiarity with warehouse management software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously If you are a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for warehouse management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
