Location: Taloja , Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Diploma & BE Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 -10 years

Salary: 8 to 10 LPA

# New Facilities Construction Projects experience,

# Warehouse Civil & MEP experience,

# Warehouse Racking quality control,

# Installation, migration,

# Legal & Due Diligence experience of land/properties,

# AMC management,

# Vendor management,

# Major Maintenance Problems solving,

# Safety & Hygiene (OSH),

# Suppliers & Stakeholder management,

# Procurement management,

# Security & Safety, BMS Bldg., Mgt., Systems,

# Soft-Services (Cafeteria, Pantry, Workstations etc.), and cross-functional team coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
