We are hiring for Warehouse Facility Manager

Location : Taloja ,Mumbai

Experience : 8 - 10 years

Education: Diploma & BE Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Salary: Upto 10 Lakhs PA

# Manage Infrastructure maintenance - Proactive maintenance, Building Maintenance, Technological solutions (Integrating technological solutions), Electrical maintenance,

# Manage renovation and refurbishment

# Contract Management (AMC, Legal contracts, Lease agreements of facilities, Insurance of Buildings and assets).

# Real Estate Management - Identify new warehouse and offices as and when required, LDD, lease agreement, furnishing and handing over to the Business unit

# Energy management

# Maintenance of Extra Low Voltage System

# Manage Vendors and Suppliers

# Procurement of Racks, Electrical equipment & Devices, Operational Consumables, and other general items

# Compliance Management (Occupational Health & Safety - OSH) Health and Safety practices as per the policy

# Maintain systems according to ISO 27001 standards.

# Soft Services

# Security Management

# CSR ESG and DEI.
