Responsibilities :
Preparation of GRN and updating of record in Software / ERP/Customer ERP.
Updating the GRN details in the Inward Register.
Ensuring that Stocks are categorized correctly while posting into the ERP. o Filing and Maintenance of all Inward and outward Documents
Preparation and Circulation of defined MIS Reports to Internal and External Customers - Daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Management of all soft copy Records.
Preparation of Floor Count and cycle count sheet.
Reconciliation of variances (Physical vs. ERP).
Exp. - 1-3 years to experience in data entry, typing. Preferably from contract logistic / 3PL industry Education - Any Graduate
