We are looking for a skilled and organized

Warehouse Executive

with experience in the

modular furniture or interior industry

. The role involves managing the storage, handling, and dispatch of modular furniture components, fittings, panels, and interior design materials. The candidate must be well-versed in managing customized orders, project-based inventory, and coordinating with production and site execution teams.

Receive, inspect, and record inward materials including

modular panels, carcass units, shutters, hardware, laminates, edge bands

, etc. Ensure proper stacking and segregation of

modular furniture components

by project or SKU. Coordinate with the

production team

for material inwarding and timely movement to project sites. Monitor the dispatch of ready-to-install furniture and ensure

safe packaging and accurate labeling

. Maintain accurate stock levels using ERP/software and perform

regular stock reconciliations

. Prepare and verify documentation such as

delivery challans, gate passes, GRNs, and invoices

. Supervise loading/unloading of modular and interior products to minimize handling damage. Track inventory of

project-specific custom orders

, ensuring timely availability for installation teams. Work closely with the

project management and site team

to understand timelines and plan dispatches. Ensure warehouse hygiene and

material safety standards

are followed (e.g., avoiding moisture damage to MDF/ply panels).

Pay: ?9,849.58 - ?35,000.00 per month
