Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms. Their product range includes high-chairs, beddings, strollers, car seats, a nursery range, ride-on, grapple toys, a feeding range, and more.
Position: Warehouse Executive
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Moraiya
Qualification: Any graduate
Salary: 22 to 30K per month
Employee Strength: 120+
Office time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days)
Job Role:
Requirement of a warehouse executive for the B2C returns operation management.
1. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS & ERP)
(1) Knowledge of B2C E-commerce Channels
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, etc
(2) Return Management Skills
- Inspecting returned items and updating return statuses accordingly.
- Ensuring timely reconciliation with marketplace dashboards.
(3) Data Management & Reporting
- Maintaining accurate records of returns in Excel or internal systems
- Using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and filters to manage large datasets.
- Preparing periodic return reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for internal review.
(4) Communication & Coordination
- Raising tickets or follow-ups with platforms for return disputes, if needed.
(5) Basic Tech & Tool Proficiency- Excel/Google Sheets (must-have),Email communication (professional tone and clarity),ERP related knowledge (Unicommerce)
Skills:

  • Professional email drafting and coordination for ticket raising and dispute resolution.
  • Clear internal and external communication with marketplaces and teams.
  • Spot discrepancies in returned data, reconcile mismatches quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to independently handle return disputes and follow up with marketplace support teams as required.
