We are seeking a Warehouse Executive with 1-3 years of experience in the Sales Distribution Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records.

Role & responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate records using warehouse management systems.

Receiving & Dispatching:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization and adherence to safety standards.

Stock Audits:

Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.

Coordination:

Work closely with production, procurement, and dispatch teams to meet operational requirements.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory, receipts, dispatches, and warehouse activities.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office. Ability to operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely. Experience with ERP systems in a Sales Distribution setting. Knowledge of industry-specific warehousing practices and safety standards.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
