Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Executive to handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory accuracy. The role ensures smooth coordination with the ecommerce operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound materials and create accurate GRN records.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders as per marketplace standards.
Perform stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure proper packaging to reduce damages/returns.
Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatches.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Monitor low-stock items and update the procurement team.
Manage Amazon FBA/FBM shipments -- creating shipments in Seller Central, preparing cartons, labeling, booking appointments, and ensuring timely handover.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
6 months - 2 years warehouse/logistics experience.
Basic computer skills (Excel, barcode scanners).
Physically fit and good at time management.
Ability to handle fast-paced warehouse operations.
