Job Summary



The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving stock, maintaining accurate inventory, proper storage, and timely dispatch of goods. This role ensures smooth coordination with internal teams to support store requirements and maintain efficiency in the supply chain.

Duties & Responsibilities


Stock Handling



Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products. Arrange, label, and store items in the correct warehouse locations. Ensure proper stacking, cleanliness, and safety of warehouse shelves.

Inventory Management



Maintain accurate inventory records in the system. Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies. Track stock movement, reorder levels, and slow-moving items.

Order Processing & Dispatch



Pick, pack, and prepare goods for store supply or delivery. Ensure timely dispatch of all orders. Handle return stock and damaged items as per SOP.

Coordination & Documentation



Coordinate with purchase, sales, and logistics teams. Prepare GRN, daily stock reports, and other warehouse documents. Maintain all records for internal audits and compliance.

Warehouse Operations



Support loading/unloading activities. Maintain warehouse safety standards and follow SOPs. Ensure smooth day-to-day operational workflow.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree / Diploma preferred. Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory processes.

Experience



0-1 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (retail experience preferred).

Skills & Competencies



Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency (Excel/ERP). Problem-solving ability and disciplined work approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
