Qualification:

Any Graduate / Diploma Holder

Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of stock rotation methods and inventory practices Basic proficiency in MS Excel (stock updates, reports, etc.) Accuracy in recording and verifying product quantities and codes Good communication and coordination skills Strong organizational and time management abilities
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock levels through physical verification and system updates. Supervise and ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the warehouse. Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and storage of items in designated areas. Identify, record, and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods. Assist in preparing stock reports, GRNs, and dispatch summaries as required. Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations.
