We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage the movement of goods between the company's main store and partner e-commerce dark stores. The role involves collecting products from the central store, ensuring timely delivery to dark stores, and updating inventory systems accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect products from the company's main store as per dispatch schedules.
Deliver and stack inventory at designated e-commerce partner dark stores.
Coordinate with partner teams to ensure accurate stock placement and documentation.
Update internal and partner inventory management systems in real-time.
Ensure products are handled, stored, and transported safely and hygienically.
Maintain logs of dispatched and received goods, including any shortages or damages.
Conduct basic quality checks before dispatch and upon delivery.
Collaborate with the supply chain and operations team for timely stock replenishment.
Support physical stock audits and inventory reconciliation at dark store locations.
Follow all safety and compliance protocols during product handling and transport.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or storekeeping, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.
Familiarity with stock management systems and basic data entry.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to travel locally and manage multiple store points.
Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks if needed.
Minimum qualification: 10+2; a diploma in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
