Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

daily dispatches

of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipping. Oversee

inventory management

, including regular stock audits and reporting. Handle

material movement

(inbound and outbound), packaging, and labeling. Maintain accurate

quality and inventory records

as per company standards. Ensure adherence to all

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

and checklists. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including

Production

and

Logistics

, for smooth operations. Manage

basic documentation

related to dispatches, purchases, and internal transfers. Support the purchasing team with

negotiations

and follow-ups when required.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong sense of

responsibility, discipline, and accuracy

. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of

inventory and warehouse software/tools

is a plus. Familiarity with

logistics and courier operations

. Ability to work independently in a

environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum [12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate] in any discipline. Experience in warehouse/dispatch/logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
